Rimas supports the portfolio management team, focusing on post-acquisition strategy, financial reporting, and operational support for the investment portfolio.

Prior to joining Boyne, Rimas worked at Green Thumb Industries, a consumer packaged goods company and retailer, as Manager of General Accounting and External Reporting, where he led cross-functional initiatives to improve reporting, automate processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

He previously held finance and operations roles at Uptake Technologies, supporting strategic initiatives. Rimas began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Audit & Advisory practice.

Rimas earned a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Accounting from Tulane University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
