Paola is a cornerstone of our executive team, coordinating high-level administrative tasks and supporting executives in effectively managing operations and communications.

Prior to joining Boyne, Paola spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs in London as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Partners of the Italian M&A Team within the Investment Banking Division. She also worked at Waterloo Investment Holdings in the Turks and Caicos Islands, acting as the bridge between the Executive Team and the owners of Ambergris Cay Private Island.

Paola holds a BA Hons in Japanese and Management from the University of Durham in the United Kingdom. She also obtained the International Baccalaureate from the United World College of South East Asia.
