Logan joined Boyne Capital in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all accounting, financial, and administrative operations, including fund and corporate accounting, treasury, tax, and regulatory compliance.

He brings over 10 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to Boyne, Logan was Vice President of Fund Accounting & AI Strategy at CapitalSpring, where he managed the accounting and operations of the firm’s private equity and private credit funds and led the implementation of AI and automation initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he held roles at Blackstone Alternative Asset Management, Ernst & Young, and began in the assurance practice at RSM.

Logan earned both his B.S. in Business Administration and M.S. in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and Tennessee.
