Joey is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring talent for Boyne Capital and its portfolio companies.

Before joining Boyne, Joey served as Associate Director of Engineering and Manufacturing Recruitment at Discover International, where he specialized in recruitment across the food & beverage, CPG, and life science industries.

Prior to Discover International, Joey worked at DSJ Global as Vice President of Engineering Recruitment, with a focus on supply chain recruitment.

He attended the University of New Hampshire, where he earned his B.A. in Psychology and was a member of the club hockey team.
