Ford supports the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities as well as portfolio company management and other firm initiatives.

Before joining Boyne, Ford worked as an Investment Analyst at Nomos Group Holdings, where he specialized in fund structuring and underwriting. Prior to that, he dedicated several years to training and competing full-time as a professional Olympic athlete for the United States Sailing Team.

He earned selection to Team USA in February 2024 after winning the U.S. Olympic Trials in the Men’s Singlehanded discipline and retired from competition in August 2024.

Ford holds a dual B.S. in Finance and Management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
