MIAMI, FL – (April 24^th, 2020) Boyne Capital (“Boyne”) is pleased to announce that Kalpana Siva has been promoted to Senior Associate effective immediately.

Kalpana joined Boyne in 2019 as part of the portfolio management team, where she focuses on post-acquisition strategy, financial reporting and operational support to the investment portfolio

Prior to joining Boyne, Kalpana worked as a Consultant with Deloitte, where she specialized in performing financial analysis for intangible assets for clients in a variety of industries including technology, science, and healthcare. Prior to consulting, Kalpana worked as an investment analyst at the Batten Fund, where she conducted research and developed financial models for healthcare stocks.

Kalpana received her BS in Neuroscience and MBA with concentrations in Finance and Healthcare from the College of William and Mary.
