Alec supports the investment process at Boyne Capital, with responsibilities spanning the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of acquisition opportunities, as well as portfolio company management.
Prior to joining Boyne, Alec was a senior associate at Dominus Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm where he evaluated and executed investments across industrials, business services, and consumer sectors and supported portfolio companies. He was previously an Analyst at MTS Health Partners in New York, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare industry.
Alec began his career as an associate in the Alternative Investments Valuation Group at KPMG in New York.
Alec earned his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Boston College and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
