Lawson focuses on post-acquisition strategy, financial reporting and operational support to the investment portfolio.

Prior to joining Boyne, Lawson led finance and accounting at private equity & growth equity backed portfolio companies, serving as Vice President of Finance in truck parts distribution and Senior Director of Finance in medical device manufacturing.

Lawson began his career at RSM as an Audit Supervisor focusing on privately held and private equity backed companies in the middle market.

Lawson received his B.S. in Accounting from California State University San Marcos and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California.
