Nour is responsible for sourcing and hiring talent for Boyne Capital and its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Boyne, Nour was a consultant at TritonExec, where she specialized in executive-level recruitment for private equity-backed FinTech and IT consulting firms on a global scale, focusing on positions from senior leadership to the C-suite.

She earned her BA in Psychology from McGill University, with double minors in Behavioral Science and World Religions.
